- Award
- Over 50 scholarships; current individual awards $500-$10,000. Amounts, duration and reapplication differ by fund; some permit annual reapplication with limits. Funds cover tuition, books, fees and school-related expenses for the upcoming academic year.
- Deadline
- Overall 2027-28 application opens December 2, 2026 and closes February 17, 2027. Individual fund descriptions still say December 3-March 4 without updated year; separate external funds have their own windows. Confirm selected fund’s deadline; no time zone stated.
- How to apply
- Complete eligibility questionnaire, create MyInnovia account and submit common application/personal statement with current transcripts, required references and financial documentation. Most funds require FAFSA or WASFA; some named funds use separate school/LaunchNW applications.
- Who can apply
- Generally seniors/graduates of the 20-county Eastern Washington/North Idaho service region entering or attending accredited U.S. undergraduate/vocational institutions. Some employer-family funds accept applicants outside the region, and named funds serve other educational stages. Part-time eligibility and GPA/need/affiliation criteria vary. WASFA supports eligible applicants unable to file FAFSA because of immigration status.

No universal citizenship/permanent-residency rule stated in reviewed current guidance. Reapplication is fund-specific, not automatic renewal; some funds limit years or reduce subsequent awards.
