- Recommendations
- Who can apply

Out-of-state colleges allowed if the applicant intends to return to work in Florida. Any major; Realtors and their families may apply.
- Good to know
- Selection considers academics, financial need, leadership, Realtor-family relationship and community/family/school contributions; real-estate-related fields receive priority but any major can qualify. Current FAQ calls for three reference letters, including two from teachers or administrators on school letterhead, and an online application. Funds go to the college; claim dates are set annually, usually mid-to-late July. No automatic renewal; reapply subject to the two-award lifetime limit. The 2027 form may request additional documents.
