How to apply
Complete the sponsor form with a resume and recommendation from a teacher, counselor, professor, community leader or school administrator. High-school applicants provide a transcript and four-year degree-program acceptance notice; college applicants provide a college transcript.

Who can apply
Missouri residents who hold current Missouri Farm Bureau membership themselves or through a parent, grandparent or guardian; high-school seniors entering a four-year institution or current four-year undergraduates, enrolled that fall in an insurance or agriculture-related field. Eligible examples include business administration, finance-insurance and mathematics with actuarial science.
Good to know
Renewal requires a 3.0 GPA, continued undergraduate insurance/agriculture study and at least 12 credits each semester; award and renewal decisions are discretionary. The directory’s $3,000 is the annual program total, while the specific program page states a $1,500 stipend for each of two students. The 2027 application dates are not yet published.
