- Prior 2026 rules required spring 2026 high-school graduation, applicant or parent Louisiana Farm Bureau membership, cumulative 2.5 GPA over four high-school years, agricultural studies at an accredited Louisiana institution starting the next fall and continuing in spring. The next-cycle rules are not yet published.
- Good to know
- Prior rules required 2.5 GPA after the first fall term and for each later full-time term, continued agriculture major and annual membership, with renewal applications each term. No deferral or summer funding. Early graduation ended payments unless immediately followed by agricultural graduate study. Selection included academic record, ACT scores, leadership, Farm Bureau activities and financial need.
