- Online scholarship application, program code ElksMVS if requested. Top 20 finalists must attend the Chicago leadership weekend April 29-May 2, 2027 to receive $30,000.

- Current U.S. citizen high-school seniors, not graduates; permanent residents do not qualify. No Elks family relationship required. Scholarship, leadership and need are considered. Award requires full-time enrollment in an accredited U.S. four-year undergraduate degree program.
